Registration

You can register on the My Account page by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the needed information in the form. You can register, read the terms and conditions, and fill out the necessary payment method details.

Registration is absolutely free.

You are allowed to have only one account.

Only one Weboffers account can be linked to each email address and phone number.

After logging in to our website, you will be taken to the My Account section. You can view your order history, track active orders, and update your contact information in My Account.

Payment

You can select from the following methods to pay for an order:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Net Banking
  • PhonePe Wallet
  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Debit cards issued in India.

 

When you choose the Cash on Delivery payment option, you can pay in cash when your product is delivered. If the courier executive has a swiping device with them, you can also pay with a credit card or debit card.

Yes, logging into your Weboffers account is required in order to shop. Shopping while logged in is quick, and easy, and offers additional security. A tailored shopping experience will be available to you, complete with recommendations and a speedier checkout.

Shopping

There are no sales available for the items marked as “Out of Stock” or “Temporarily Unavailable.” If you would like to be notified when a product becomes available on Weboffers, please utilize the “Notify Me” tool.

When an item is not currently being sold by any sellers, it is listed as “Out of Stock” and cannot be purchased. Use the “Notify Me” feature to be informed when it becomes available for purchase from sellers.

You can, indeed. Simply put all the items you want to purchase in your shopping bag and select “Proceed” to see your payment choices.

Cancellation & Return

To find out the status of your replacement, go to My Orders.

The replacement item is often provided to you when you pick up the item. The replacement is started after the initially delivered item is picked up at all other locations. For more information, please see the SMS and email we sent you in response to your replacement request.

By following these easy steps, you can submit a request to have your products returned:

  • Go to My Orders after logging onto your Weboffers account.
  • Select “Return” next to the item you want to exchange or return.
  • Complete the information and submit a return request.

 After you submit a request, you’ll receive an email and SMS verifying its processing. Your request might be automatically approved depending on the item, or you might be asked for more information. If your request is grad, the item will be picked up and either be replaced or refunded to you.
